Are sessions held online or in person?

I offer all sessions online via secure video call. Online coaching provides flexibility and convenience, allowing you to attend sessions from a location where you feel comfortable and relaxed. Many clients appreciate being able to fit sessions around work, study, family commitments, and daily routines without the additional time and stress of travelling. All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with video capability.

How do you work with clients?

My approach is person-centred, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe that each person already holds the capacity for growth and change. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you explore your thoughts, gain clarity, and identify practical steps that feel right for you. The way we work together will vary depending on the service you choose: The Clarity Session is a focused, one-off session designed to help you untangle your thoughts, gain perspective, and move forward with greater confidence when facing a particular challenge or decision. The Reflection Session offer ongoing support and provide space to explore patterns, behaviours, emotions, and life experiences in greater depth. Together, we will develop practical strategies that can be integrated into your daily life, helping you create meaningful and sustainable change over time. Across all sessions, I work at your pace, offering a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can reflect, grow, and move forward with greater self-awareness and confidence.

What is the goal of mental wellbeing coaching?

Mental wellbeing coaching is not about becoming a "better" version of yourself or placing additional pressure on you to achieve more. Instead, it is about creating space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, gain clarity around your thoughts and feelings, strengthen your emotional resilience, and feel more confident in the choices you make moving forward. Coaching focuses on your wellbeing, your experiences, and what matters most to you. Through supportive conversations and practical strategies, you can develop greater self-awareness and create positive changes that feel authentic and sustainable.

Is mental wellbeing coaching the same as counselling or therapy?

No. Mental wellbeing coaching is different from counselling, psychotherapy, clinical psychiatry. Coaching focuses primarily on the present and future, helping you gain clarity, develop coping strategies, build confidence, and move towards meaningful goals and positive change. If you are experiencing significant mental wellbeing difficulties or require clinical support, I may recommend seeking help from a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, GP, or other healthcare professional.

Do you offer student discounts?

Student Discount I am pleased to offer a student discount to support those currently in education. To access the student rate, please provide proof of current enrolment when making your enquiry or booking.

How often should I have sessions?

This will depend on your individual needs and goals. Many clients choose to attend weekly or fortnightly sessions to maintain momentum and consistency, while others prefer occasional sessions during specific periods of challenge or transition. We can discuss what feels most appropriate for you during your discovery call.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching may be right for you if you're looking for support with self-awareness, confidence, life transitions, stress management, decision-making, or personal growth. During your complimentary discovery call, we'll discuss your needs and determine whether coaching is the best fit for your circumstances.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Unfortunately, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.
